My daily duties included:- Controlling the automated PA system to make service announcements throughout the city centre.- Making general / safety / service (departure, arrivals, platform alterations, delays etc) announcements over the whole rail network.- Work with the traffic regulators to record the arrival and departure times of all services across the network, while also recording delay times and reasons.- Update the Customer Information Screens to show correct departure times, platforms and service stops.- Compile the daily incident and delays report from the previous day and send it to management to be reviewed.

My daily duties included:- Answering general customer queries over the phone or in person (ticket prices, train times, etc).- Assisting passengers on and off the trains.- Uploading passenger manifest to the train reservation system.- Making general / safety / passenger announcements over the stations PA system.

Photographed 20+ amateur and professional golf tournaments over the past 4 years. - Duties include taking 600+ photos each day of an event. Keeping track of the players score and position on course.- Photographing every player and taking sponsor photos.- Caption, edit and upload 300+ photos each day of an event to the Golfflle web page. My day to day tasks would involve helping customers with any inquiries or problems they might have, digitally enhancing and printing photographs.
