Completed a QlikView to Qlik Sense migration including NPrinting and transferring data loads to new data warehouse. Currently maintaining and updating QS and NPrinting. Qlikview 12 Certified Business Analyst and Data Architect.----------Previously managing and developing Qlikview applications for Bankers Fidelity, from building stand-alone data mart and data models to final reports and visualizations, including data cleanup/transformation, data verification, exporting data to production and SalesForce, visualizations, and NPrinting reporting.Engaging with all departments to increase our use of Qlikview. Some Results:Developed separate applications for Individual and Worksite divisions, enabling them to have distinct KPI's, visualizations and reporting specific to their needs.Developed applications for underwriting and marketing to flag health issues allowing easy review for policies which may be eligible for reinstatement.Developed experience studies to judge profitability of brokers and blocks of business, working closely with the Actuarial Department.Developed an address matching script to match agent leads to policies sold allowing marketing to identify the most efficient campaigns and cancel unprofitable ones.Developed ERM Application for Executive Review Committee to review company KPIs for management and planning.
