I manage the operations of a day camp which serves over 1600 families in the communities on the South Shore of Massachusetts. On a daily basis in the summer I am responsible for 600+ campers. I annually recruit, hire, train and manage a staff of over 100 individuals. I coordinate the marketing, budgeting, purchasing, programming and licencing of the camp on a year-round basis.Our camp has seen positive growth over the past four years, as we have added over ten new camp programs. We currently a traditional day camp experience for campers aged 3 - 12, as well as specialty camps for visual arts, drama, music, dance, golf, sailing, kayaking, gymnastics, cheer leading, volleyball, lacrosse, surfing, and tennis. For teens we offer an outdoor adventure program for 8th and 9th graders, a community service program for 9th graders and a Leaders in Training program for 10th graders.Specialties: Staff Recruitment and Retention, Specialty Programming, Program Development, Program Scheduling
