I am a highly motivated and results orientated chartered consultant engineer within the building services design industry. I have a proven track record in new business development and the delivery of large and complex building engineering designs, across a wide spectrum. Including; Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Social, Residential and Refurbishment projects. I have successfully managed and delivered large complex MEP building designs in a number of sectors including; refurbishment of grade 1 listed government buildings, key stores for House of Fraser, research and teaching facilities for Imperial College and Kings College London, data centres and recently the design of the £1 billion Bart’s and Royal London PFI hospital. These projects whilst complex in their own right have included a number of specialist aspects, such as critical high availability power supplies, the installation of world leading items of equipment, such as a Cyber Knife in the Bart’s Cancer treatment centre and specialist theatre equipment in the country’s leading burns unit for the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.I graduate from the University of Greenwich, with a first class honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1991. Prior to this I completed an ONC in Electrical Engineering and a HNC in Heavy Current Electrical Engineering at the South East London Technical College.Since graduation I have refreshed and enhanced my skills via a number of specialist training courses and CDP’s. In recognition of this I became a Charter Engineering in 1992 and a Fellow of both the Institution of Electrical Engineers and Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management, together with membership of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.I bring strong organizational, motivational, and team leadership skills, which advance and develop the careers of both the individuals and team as a whole.
