Development of software tools to help the business track and manage their construction projects.

I support the Microsoft tools that EDS uses to manage their internal desktop infrastructure. I also support tools for a couple external clients as well.I'm also involved in many small systems development projects that are used for specific internal needs. - Tool for collecting user and hardware information from all EDS workstations to supplement the SMS information.- Web site for allowing all Client EDS users to view their computer information from SMS.- Over 150 reports for Microsoft Reporting Services 2005 related to the SMS information and other projects.- Support and enhanced a major software project (Asset Data Collector) that collects inventory information from EDS computers outside the EDS network.- Tool for monitoring Pointsec encryption status on XP workstations.- Tool for collecting BitLocker encryption status from EDS COE Vista workstations. Also support the web site used to look up that information.- Tool for collecting inventory information from other SMS and non-SMS sites within EDS for supplying data to our compliance project.- Tool for running SQL tasks from the Windows task scheduler.- Trouble shooting tool to help users verify that the SMS agents are working correctly. - A large quantity of SQL Server procedures, views, etc for brining in extra information to our SMS system and for supporting all the reporting requirements from it.- Web site for all EDS people to register their COE file shares so that they can be transitioned to HP's data centres.

Maintained up to 10 Sun Solaris systems and managed yearly upgrades.Provided systems support for the installations of Sybase, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BMC Patrol, BMC Control-M, and Cognos.Travelled to branch offices throughout Canada to assist in the setup of training rooms for Trimac’s new Field Support System (Truck dispatch).Previously helped support Netware servers across the company and services support requests.
