Management of in-house and outsourced developers for initial release and all subsequent revisions over a period of 8 years. Labtest enabled the business to grow from 400 samples to 2000 samples per day with a scalable workflow and barcodes.- Elicited requirements, led solution design and managed development staff for WebTest - a web based system providing online submission of samples, tracking of sample progress and delivery of results with result trending facilities (130 customers). At peak use, 70% of submitted samples and 95% of all results were delivered through WebTest. As the first online portal in the industry, WebTest provided a unique selling point which facilitated growth from £1.5 million to £2.5 million in the first 12 months of being offered.
