• Founded company to address inefficiencies in on-campus professional recruiting process and to promote quality of life initiatives among Harvard Law School students. • Designed and coded initial website and early student social network and forums• Crafted revenue model and cultivated primary network of advertisers and clients. • Collaborated with various constituencies including the Harvard Law School administration, the student body, and corporate sponsors to identify important and emerging student needs, as well as creative strategies for building an active student community.• Currently advise company president on business growth opportunities and oversee management of 22 student staff members.

I developed Qounsel (www.qounsel.com) as a platform for lawyers to easily get guidance from other lawyers. Qounsel allows boutique attorneys and in-house counsel to tap the skills and expertise of other trusted elite practitioners, much the same way big firm attorneys do within their own firms.

As a member of the Executive Committee and as the Vice President of Communications for the Harvard Law School Association, I helped drive social engagement and communications through technology. Additionally, I founded the HLSA's Recent Graduate Council and expanded the network to over 40 shared interest groups and regional chapters.
