HeartEye is developing a handheld and mobile 12 lead ECG which works with four dry electrodes. This allows a healthcare provider to take a complete ECG from a patient faster and in more places, so that they can receive the correct treatment faster. The HeartEye Mini ECG is expected to lead to lower costs, faster diagnostics and less work pressure for healthcare providers.

We build Diagnostic Support Software for cardiologist. As a spin-out from a hackathon I'm part of a small group of people who started to investigate the use of machine learning to build diagnostic models in healthcare. We assist researchers, organise and participate in hackathons and collaborate during validation research. We have collaborated with the University Medical Center Utrecht, Erasmus Medical Center and the University Medical Center of Groningen and others on projects in the field of Rheumatoid arthritis, Oncology & Cardiology. Our focus is on valorisation of a model for cardiologists and chest pain patiënts together with UMCU.

Leading a team of 30 train drivers; responsible for various KPI´s, like customer service, Safety, Energy usage, Sickness Absence and employee commitment.Also responsible for the crisis organisation in Amsterdam. This work consist mainly of helping to define clear crisis roles, training colleagues is crisis situations and partake in re-writing regional crisis solutions.

Berenschot is an independent consulting firm with 450 employees in the Benelux. As a trainee, work consisted of creating and executing management development programs for both the private and public sector. In co-creation with our clients we built programs to teach managers new skills and insights in their business, both in theory and practice. A need for organisational change always preceded the program.One day a week was reserved for personal development, mainly in the form of personal coaching, consultancy training and a trainee assignment (organizing a HRM award: P&O Proffie).

Globaly 57 million children do not receive education. Edukans believes that education makes children resilient and gives them skills that will last a lifetime. That is why Edukans works with local initiatives to build schools, supplier them with books and benches, and teach the teachers. As a volunteer in high school, age 14, I started by going to Uganda and see the work that was needed there. Back in the Netherlands I raised funds at my high school. In the years after this, work varied from dividing public donations into carton boxes to advising how to execute a student commitment research. Most interesting was mentoring a group of Dutch students (age 14 - 17) in 2009 in Malawi, during a ten day visit. I traveled with them, looked after there well being, and supported them gaining the experience they needed to raise funds in the Netherlands for our projects.

Fundraising for charity's like Warchild, Doctor without borders, Oxfam Novib and Amnesty International. I started as a fundraiser, selling memberships of these charity's to people on the streets. In July 2004, I became a team captain, responsible for the daily sales targets of a team of max 4 fundraisers. In 2005 I became a trainer assistant, responsible for parts of the sales training of new fundraisers. In 2006, I became a regional assistent and a senior team captain, responsible for planning, job interviews and coaching of fundraisers.
