Better Be Awesome. With Family Signs, we create a communication & translator app for family communication, because in most families there is one member limited in effective verbal communication. With the app, they are enabled to communicate their inner world to their parents, coaches and best friend, in our newly developed way of ASD-based communication transfer. What ASL could do to enable the option of speech for the deaf, is what Signs wants to do for support diverse communication patterns in the family unit. A additional feature for communication in the workplace is in production as well. For the Neurodiversity Foundation, we are creating the Neurodiversity Pride Day, each year at the 18th of June, to support neurodivergent pride, appreciation and inclusion into society. Also we have a neurodiverse schools program, and an app about brain strengths.With 2Tango.Dating we pioneer into the best possible ways to connect persons, one on one, with each other. We have 12 different setups to streamline intent with effect. We are drafting and creating innovating dating & friending apps, to upgrade contact between two persons utilizing technology. Past project were 'Matcher', 'Menumaker', 'Wingman', 'Scanner'. Currently we are building the menumaker into a free app usefull for many, to support the proces of meeting up and spending time together. For the Terra Futura Foundation I forge and facilitate innovative projects that seduce individuals into positive outlooks & behaviours (good deeds) to bestow upon the world at large or towards others individually. The effect is achieved by "Tools" (the distribution and creation of customised Materials to promote experimental behaviour) and "Tours" (activity programs with many options for collective and co-creative experimental behaviour with a positive output). We have a dozen websites and apps running. Currently all our focus is on Driven Nederland, a project we initiated, and share with youth organisation Eigentijdse Jongeren. We are creating 7 low-cost youth-led supportgroeps for millenials, in topics of: sleeping problems, eating problems, fear & panic, fear of failure, (sensory) overload, depression, and loneliness. For the Alert Fund, a youth-led fund that funds projects of young activists, I hold a position as RvA advisory board. Specialties: Organising, brainstorming, creating new ideas and concepts, editing, visual layout, speaking engagements, workshops, and a unsettled desire to support people in creating more 'Goodness' in the world we live in.

So many using their personal influence to create safer havens in stormy oceans.We see that love, looking into the stories of parents of Autists and what lengths they will go to support their child.We see that love, in corporate leaders aiming to provide neurodivergent employees with the works and the setting they can thrive in.We see that love, in the coaches and academics, talking, testing & typing frantically beyond any regard for working hours.We see that love, in friends taking their neurodivergent buddies by the hand in the confusing social jungle.We see that love, from neurodivergents, pining to connect, to cooperate, to be, with others in a world that often doesn’t understand us.This is the love that founded our organization. An organization focused on creating research, prototypes, co-creation schemes, to push forward the technical innovation that drives the move towards a more equal, inclusive neurodiverse society. Like the 2Tango.Signs project, or the different non-verbal technologies to circumvent the communication problems we face daily interacting with the world. An organization to support neurodivergents, their parents, best friends, bosses and coaches with the tools we need, and pushing progress in the societal awareness we wish for.Diversity, makes a group stronger. Autism Based Communication Translation App Creator 2Tango.Signs2Tango.Org - Apps, Signs & Events Sep 2016 - PresentMensen met autisme, en jonge kinderen en jongvolwassenen wellicht nog het meeste, hebben in sommige situaties moeite om boodschappen over te brengen via het direct gesproken woord. Dit kan onhandig zijn voor iemand met ASD, die hun boodschap niet altijd even goed kunnen bepraten, waardoor veel onuitgesproken blijft. Maar het is ook onhandig voor de personen om hen heen, die hierdoor moeilijk kunnen begrijpen wat er aan de hand is. Als er een betere oplossing als communicatiekanaal mogelijk is, met bijvoorbeeld de ouders, of een buddy, ondersteund dat het contact en bied een nieuw kanaal voor samenwerking, samenschap en begrip. Net als er voor doven gebarentaal ontwikkeld is, is er met de huidige technologie, de mogelijkheid om via de smartphone, een vergelijkbare voorziening aangepast op ASD te maken; digitale gebarentaal voor autisme.Deze tool kan de vorm aannemen van een webapp en native app en heeft de werktitel 2Tango.signs. We zijn actief bezig met functioneel prototype V5, maar heeft nog een aantal vervolgstappen voordat de tool af is. Daarnaast zal ook na oplevering van de tool, er een langere testperiode zijn, waarin we met ouders en hun ASD kinderen evalueren hoe de tool nog effectiever gemaakt kunnen worden. -
