Experienced HR leader dedicated to transforming organizations through strategic HR leadership. With a passion for creating positive cultures and empowering individuals, I believe in the power of people to drive sustainable growth and success. My journey from global happiness exploration to fully dedicating my career to HR has shaped my belief in following dreams, embracing uniqueness, and fostering transparency and fairness in every organization.In 2017 I decided to take a sabbatical leave to find out what the definition of happiness is. Together with Alissa van der Voort I’ve created the project Happiness Around the Globe because we believe everyone deserves to be happy, just as we believe the impact stories of others have on us. We've visited 25 of the happiest countries across the globe to collect unique stories of over 250 people to learn the key lessons for lifelong happiness. In 2018 our book 'Gelukkigst' was published. After the sabbatical I decided to quit consulting and do what really gives me energy and puts a big smile on my face, besides champagne: working for and taking care of people. So I continued my career in HR currently as Global HR Program Manager for LeasePlan / ALD Corporate working on various programs for our 40 plus countries and over 16000 employees.My MBTI profile is Extraverted Sensing Introverted Feeling (ESFP). I also led a Global Risk Training & Awareness project, which focused on strengthening the company's risk culture through tailored training.More recently, I’ve taken on additional responsibilities for Global Employee Learning and Wellbeing. I developed the Global Ayvens Learning Strategy to help our employees grow and adapt to changes in the mobility industry through innovative learning programs. I also put together a global strategy for Employee Wellbeing & Mental Health, aiming to better support our people’s mental health and overall well-being. -
