Tom Foley has served as national trial counsel in various complex litigations in numerous jurisdictions across the country including California, Colorado, Oregon, Illinois, Ohio, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and throughout Michigan. He was the lead trial lawyer in the largest consolidated mass tort trial to result in a defense verdict.
