I've a keen interest in technology so understanding products inside out gives us a much better position in implementing technology solutions we know work and improve a company’s day to day activities allowing them to focus on what they do and see IT as a real benefit and not a frustration.I carry out face to face customer engagement and management often sitting with our own in house team to help develop and train staff to make sure the solutions we supply are delivered and supported fully.As a server and cloud advisor I help deliver hybrid approaches to maximise the speed and efficiency that both on-premise and cloud solutions offer with the security to match.
