I am a recently graduated and certified Anesthesiologist Assistant from Case Western Reserve University’s Houston program.As a student, I logged over 2200 hours of clinical anesthesia time in the OR in a wide variety of cases and locations, including Memorial Hermann Hospital, St. Luke’s Texas Heart Institute, and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston’s Medical Center. I used most of my elective rotations to gain more experience in pediatrics, such that roughly a quarter of the patients I have served were pediatric patients.As a young man, I earned the Eagle award in the Boy Scouts of America. The principles that I developed in the Scouting program continue to have an influence on me. I also spent two years in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a volunteer, where I learned Spanish.
