•Review loan file to verify procedures per guidelines. •Makes intro call to verify loan details and requests additional documentation if necessary. •Reviews all documents retrieved against those requested, analyzes for accuracy and/or errors. •Making right party contact within allocated timeframe and setting customer expectation for document delivery date. •Manage pipeline of loans within required performance standards within closing and rate lock expiration time frame. •Guarantee on time closing by completing all required pre-closing steps; preparing file for closer within required performance standards. •Obtain and review customer documents, and clear conditions commensurate with authority level. •Ensure integrity of all data and process inputs. Responsible for the cross leveling of ordnance assets and the turnover of accounts from deploying units to returning units. Supervised as many as 20 Marines in inspections of newly acquired ordnance assets within the division. Aided subordinate units with supply and maintenance reconciliations. Conducted logistical readiness evaluations of subordinate unit’s ordnance programs, weapons security, equipment readiness, and maintenance management programs. Ensured accountability of division ordnance assets were maintained through communication with subordinate units and properly documented via complex excel spreadsheets.

Complete administrative forms and records to requisition parts and document repairs as required. Conduct follow-ups of recently submitted requisitions. Responsible for the receipt, storage, and turn-in of parts and materials in the armory. Participate in weekly reconciliations with other commodities including senior leadership within the unit. Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports. Train personnel in maintenance procedures and proper completion of administrative forms and records.
