At Harmonize, I spearheaded the development of a multi-tenant application that provisions users and groups across major platforms such as Google Workspace, OKTA, Zoom, and MS365. To ensure the security of institutional assets and information, I utilized identity access frameworks such as OAuth and SCIM. I also drove integrations with HIRS and ATS systems such as Bamboo, Greenhouse, and UKG. Additionally, I managed the implementation of AI/ML services to promote access review automation, leading program design and deployment via Google Cloud Run on GCP. To promote high levels of effectiveness and productivity across build/integration processes, I created a CI/CD framework across all applications as well as all services and ML data models. I am proud to say that we achieved SOC2 Type 2 compliance certification under my leadership. Lastly, I led a fully remote Engineering Team, with members in The United States, Brazil, and Uruguay.
