Chief Information Officer
CurrentResponsible for strategic direction, definition and management of all information technology services throughout the Town, and its satellite offices, including the town-wide infrastructure, town-wide applications, Geographic Information System (GIS), Town of Greenwich web site and other applications involving multiple departments. Establish standards for information services quality and efficiency and ensures that service levels meet or exceed such standards to provide end-user satisfaction. Work closely with department heads to deliver a comprehensive service to assist with the achievement of their management goals through technology. Provide overall direction for the development, implementation and management of information systems, working with internal and external professionals and consultants to analyze requirements and develop new or modify existing systems.
