ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: • Manages the alumni golf clubss including all memberships, registrations, billing, club maintenance, events, recruitment, outreach, and various member finances; focusing on driving membership growth and value to the member.• Responsible for all club events and outings including play days, social outings, tournaments and more. Collaboration with SCGA Rules and Competitions on various events. • Administer events using GHIN’s Tournament Pairing Program (TPP), including real-time scoring.• Manages all aspects other member services and programs for these initiatives including the Nike Purchase Program and discounted access. • Manages the social media and social networking platforms for these groups working alongside the SCGA Communications and Marketing departments. • Collaborate with other SCGA departments, particularly Member Services and develop a “pipeline” for members to transition from this club to others.• Facilitates relationships between these initiatives and all possible partners including facilities, golf industry partners, area organizations and sponsors. Develops new partnerships to add value to the memberships. • Works with the Executive Director to enable, support, and manage the advisory committees for these initiatives. Works with both committees to discuss and collect information and feedback for future improvement. • Supports events and activities for the SCGA and SCGA Junior as needed.• Handles and performs other duties as may be assigned.
