• Lead the strategy and the execution of financial and operational initiatives at Bridgecom• Oversee finance & accounting, software development, implementation, pricing, and production/manufacturing • Responsible for M&A valuation, capital management, investor relations, as well as, legal & contracts and strategic alliance & partnerships

• Responsible for financial initiatives including investment and M&A valuation, as well as, capital structuring and financing• Responsible for all software solution pricing and partnership deal structures for SUS. Developed pricing models for Cloud SaaS/On-Premise Perpetual license, partnership/OEM pricing and revenue share partnership contracts • Executive sponsor for strategic alliances/partnerships. Responsible for developing an investment thesis for business opportunities and defining contractual workflow structuresAreas of focus:• Deal structuring and proposals • Short-term and long-term business strategies• Annual budget and quarterly forecasting, including 5-year financial projections• Mergers and acquisitions (valuation to execution)• Investor relations• New-market entry strategies, marketing strategies, cost benefit analysis• Negotiation

• Develop and maintain financial models evaluating investment return on all deals and M&A transactions• Formulate and deliver M&A proposals to key investors, including parent-company Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan• Develop and maintain the investment pipeline and perform detailed deal analysis to support strategic investment decisions• Coordinate with all departments to ensure deal execution• Prepare KPI reports and present to the Board of Directors and senior executives with open discussion on results relative to current industry trends and competitive environment• Responsible for all pricing• Manage and analyze macroeconomic, customer, and competitor data for strategic planning and capital investment purposes• Analyze and forecast industry, sales, and production trends in order to formulate a strategic plan

Oversee company-wide financial and management reporting/analysis, development of annual plans, and ongoing forecasting:• Design and maintain 5/20-year strategic financial planning models. Develop and analyze statements of cash flow, income and balance sheet for $550 million in annual capital investments and debt modeling valued at +$2 billion• Create ad-hoc business and financial models for statements of cash flow, income and balance sheet, including supplemental statements and schedules for capital investments, debt financing, multiple revenue streams and expenses • Work synergistically with Sales, Accounting, and Operations departments to enhance understanding of all business functions• Produce and manage presentations and reports for external financial institutions (including investment banks, rating agencies, and research firms), current/potential equity & debt investors, and global trade shows• Prepare business review meetings and Board of Directors meetings to discuss financial and operational performance results, as well as, projections and business strategy• Assist in drafting the Business & Industry Section of Form S-1 as part of a successful IPO• Create a dynamic 5/20-year steady-state valuation model in a joint effort with Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo as part of a successful sale to a new parent company (Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan)
