Delivered customized marketing programs for companies using digital marketing, social media, content sponsorship, influencers, and traditional media to segment specific markets. Relied heavily on technology including telecommunications and AI to deliver results for companies across many industries and specifically for the health care industry. We also created industry specific events and sold numerous corporate sponsorships.

Held responsibility for international sales and marketing of leading digital out-of-home (DOOH) media company that built an advertising-supported media platform displayed in 5,000 venues of the most popular health clubs in three countries (US, UK and Canada). Led the company through a period of transformation to digital and programmatic ad platforms that helped significantly increase revenue.

Served in a key leadership position that held responsibility for building a vital business unit around media and sponsorships that included magazine, online, in-club media as well as 30 annual events. Generated significant experiential programs and created an experiential team that added sampling and brand experiences, which resulted in $800,000 in new revenue in the first year. Orchestrated the development of a proprietary media ad-serving platform and successfully transitioned to a CRM platform that led to greater sales efficiency and a 31% increase in closing percentage. Developed a national magazine newsstand strategy as well as a paid subscription program that resulted in the creation of new revenue streams.

Recruited to company to transform and lead a historically under-performing sales team and to restructure the entire business unit. Achieved budget in second year, first time in ten years team attained budget. Earned double-digit revenue growth in the second and third year of tenure.
