I am currently a leasing representative with Sandor Development one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate companies with over 8 million square feet of retail real estate in a portfolio of over 200 centers. With a primary focus on leasing and development I maintain relationships with regional and national retailers as well as the brokerage community.I get enjoy the real estate experience which encompasses many facets of leasing, development, management, finance, and sales for both tenants and landlord side.Throughout my carrier I have participated in hundreds of lease transactions and focus on building relationships with both local and national retailers including Familia Dental, Ross, Blacksmith Fitness, Subway, America’s Best, Kumon and Dollar Tree.

I was the President and Head of Leasing & Development of this competitive and fast-paced fireworks business. Throughout our operation, we were successful in driving the rapid growth in revenue and market share in a volatile and strictly regulated sector. Throughout this earlier executive experience, I earned a strong financial acumen on top of skills earned from my MBA. I managed franchise development across 6 States for this restaurant franchise. As a direct report to the President and the Board of Directors, I was influential in growing the restaurant franchisee base from 4 to over 75 in only 2 years.
