With over 5 years of experience working in data and information analysis, I currently work for NHS North of England Commissioning Support as a Senior Information Analyst where I apply my knowledge of healthcare informatics and advanced analytical skills and tools to develop products and reports for our customers within the NHS, to help inform and drive decision making processes within the healthcare system. Prior to this, I was a Data Analyst at Capita Employee Benefits, where I analysed private and public sector pension scheme data as part of large scale projects to implement them within Capita’s administration systems.Outside of work I enjoy hiking with my dog and family and I also enjoy gardening. I have a keen interest in game development, which I pursue as a hobby following completion of my degree in the field. I am also a member of the local table tennis club, and play guitar in my spare time. My key skills and competencies include: Statistical Analysis, Healthcare Informatics, T-SQL, SSMS, Microsoft Excel, VBA, QlikSense, Power BI, GIS, and Microsoft Access. I am currently self-learning Python and R to take my career to the next level.
