At Mass Digital, I’m helping state agencies deliver smarter, more personalized services by building products that put people first.Currently, I'm spearheading the creation of the first AI-powered chatbot on Mass.gov. This initiative aims to reshape public service interactions, making them more trustworthy and helpful for everyone. By integrating cutting-edge AI with human oversight, we ensure accurate, policy-aligned responses that users can trust.This project stands out due to its emphasis on trust and transparency. Collaborating with domain experts, engineers, user researchers, and practitioners from around the globe, we're developing a chatbot that understands context and delivers high-quality responses. At mabl, I led product initiatives that not only responded to market demands but anticipated them. When our Japanese user base grew rapidly while struggling with our English-only UI, I assembled a cross-functional team of engineers, translators, and designers. In just five weeks, we launched a localized app, messaging, and documentation—boosting Japanese revenue significantly. This success demonstrated the power of swift adaptation to a changing market.I spearheaded the development of an intelligent accessibility reporting feature, integrating user feedback and market insights. Collaborating closely with UX and engineering teams, we overcame design and timeline challenges to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience. This initiative streamlined accessibility testing workflows for numerous teams.As a product manager at mabl, I orchestrated the roadmap for one to three agile teams of 3-6 engineers. Fostering transparency and collaboration, I led strategic discussions with enterprise clients, ensuring our product met their needs. My work was showcased at Atlassian Team '22, where I shared insights on observability and holistic test coverage.

Collaborated with the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and UN to organize, plan, and host a two day workshop on humanitarian drones, bringing over 50 international attendees. Maintained, updated, and augmented the Foundation’s website with daily content and features. Edited and formatted content from multiple writers before distributing monthly newsletter, including interviews with activist Garry Kasparov.Drafted and submitted grant proposals to the Dutch municipality and other government entities.

Formulated step-by-step testing procedures for upcoming desktop and mobile Expense system to be utilized by all of Bain’s worldwide consulting staff. Conducted regression, unit, and user acceptance tests on a variety of applications. Collaborated with developers to uncover and resolve bugs present in Bain’s desktop, mobile, and online applications to improve user experience. Analyzed and organized large volumes of indexed data contributing to the successful identification and removal of hundreds of financial risks.

Set up A/V systems with upwards of 20 microphones and more than 2 screens. Managed systems during live and rehearsal performances. Instructed clients on how to safely use the technology and assisted with maintenance.
