DoxTek supplies hardware and software to implement document management solutions via scanning and optical character recognition. They have a contract with some counties in the state of Indiana to manage and archive personal and business property tax forms. Part of this contract is a custom web application interface to view, update, and report on information gathered from the scanning hardware. This was a part time contract position. I was the lead Java developer on the LMS application and helped in bringing the rest of the development team up to speed in using Java based web technologies.
