While at Avalon Transportation my main focus has been on data security and business application performance. Our team of two in the last year has since replaced our aging Citrix Farm with a lower cost alternative called 2x. We've rolled out new servers running Server 2012 with Hyper-V failover clustering. This gives our companies services many layers of redundancy. I spec’d, designed, built, and configured our new dual fabric layer iSCSI, 4 node 2012 Hyper-V Cluster environment. We also developed a new ticketing system that also monitors all machines and devices on the network. I also deal with all the WAN and Telecommunications aspects of our company. This includes plans to update our phone system and gain better up-time with multiple high availability ISP’s. We also do all of the help desk support. We are Level 1, 2,3, and 4 for all services.

At Econation my primary role was night dispatcher, I also was in charge of growing/establishing our affiliate network of limousine companies for us to work with in other cities. Fleet management was also something I was heavily involved with purchasing and maintenance scheduling of new vehicles, researching other eco-friendly technologies emerging in the automotive industry. I was also charge of technology and communications. Everything from desktop support to fleet tracking. I used a wide variety of my skills to do many different things to help make Econation more efficient things like using vehicle tracking to cut down on drivers idling and gas cost. Our dispatch system was accessible via our drivers tablets so drivers were able to confirm work and give dispatch status without calling on the radio via our dispatch web interface. An API that took a lot of tweaking to work properly.

My role at Triple A Partners was to unify their office communications between their LA, London, and Hong Kong offices. Giving them the ability to share contacts and calendar information with ease as well as collaborating with Contact Relationship Management software data with ease from their handheld device. Doing so without a lot of hardware overhead no purchased servers while still following Federal Trade Commission regulations.

While at Infinity Wireless I specialized in BlackBerry and PDA device implementation into a mobile office type setting. Giving the user the ability to work more effectivly from their wireless handheld while out in the field.

My role here started from the conception of the store I was in charge of quite a few aspects during the build out of our store and once construction was over I ran it solely and managed everything from PO's, to our monthly batch sheets for activation's. As well as local marketing to drive business to our store. Because our store specialized in all the new high end unlocked mobiles from around the world my expertise was sought after to create a place where customers could come and get great technology but also great support.

While at Nextel my job including the sale and activation or upgrade of new phones and service, as well as being the data device specialist of our region our corporate store in Westwood served most of the LA area business customers which also included our government accounts.

Working with a team of 8 people we had to make sure that all of the computers that were bought in for repair were done correctly and in a timely matter as the supervisor my job was to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to do and to help out when possible. Also making schedules and keeping employee moral high to enable an efficient work environment.
