Services include fixed-location rural & urban clinical delivery models, innovative mobile clinic & telemedicine services, volunteer involvement & community health worker programs. From one facility to 15+ projects over three countries, the empowerment of our 200+ local staff and leadership has been a key focus of my role. Through 10+ years of dramatic program growth, I have developed skills in program analytics, change & crisis management as well as process & quality improvement. Recruit, train, lead, send and manage short-term mission and international development teams from the Nashville area to Lipscomb's long-term project partners around the world. My areas of focus are; facilitating creative arts, medical, sports outreach & engineering missions/community development work. As the liaison for our partner ministries, I lead the evaluation and development of long-term strategies for our program's involvement. Job responsibilities include: team formation and training for hundreds of annual student and community volunteers, fundraising and donor development, mid-term internships & placement and safety and crisis management oversight.

As a part of the Otter Creek Church ministry team, TJ integrated young adults and professionals, ages 18-30, into the larger church community; leading the Campus, Young Professional, and Young Marrieds spiritual formation emphases. Job responsibilities included curriculum development, small group and volunteer coordination, and managing domestic & international service partnerships, including local disaster relief efforts. Founded and directed the Rio San Juan Youth Outreach Center, in association with Manna International/MannaDR (now Manna Global Ministries). Work was focused in youth protection & services, child and family mentoring, religious education, school tutoring & support, creative arts ministry as well as broader community development initiatives in Rio San Juan and outlying areas of the Dominican Republic. Worked closely with the area's vulnerable Hatian immigrant/refugee population.

Wrote and recorded GMA Dove Award-nominated, Pop, Christian, & Kids’ music. TV and film placements, #1 video MTV Asia, two international #1 singles, and a platinum-selling record. Founded & fronted popular indie group StephenSpeaks and toured extensively throughout US and Asia. Managed creation, production, distribution, marketing, promotion, sales, and publishing administration of numerous releases.
