Cloud migration for Oracle ERP for $1.5B start up: Turned around a program 8 months behind on their TSA schedule and successfully delivered new cloud-based ERP system to $1.5B+ ‘start-up’ in 4 months. Migration to Oracle and Amazon clouds, included managing 30 ERP integration points, vendor partners, and changes to enable corporate network, firewall, SSO, security, platform builds, data migration, and BI integration. All while the entire organization was moving to a completely new, ‘from scratch’ technology stack including network to data centers and application changes as part of the divestiture. On a technology basis, the entire company was replaced with all new technology. At the same time. We won.
