Manufacturing and Designing of Jigs - Machining, Fabricating and Assembling. Hydraulics and Pneumatics (repair and manufacture). General electrical and repair work. Alignment of pulleys, shafts, gearboxes and repairs. Operating, Designing and Manufacturing of onsite machining equipment (Line boring, Milling and Facing). Can operate a CNC Boring Mill, MC and CNC Lathes. Good knowledge of ordering specialized Tooling for all types of Machines and Equipment (ISCAR, Sandvik, Somta, Knuth and SECO). I have improved the company by improving production times and implementing better cost savings by implementing more advance Tooling, Machines and Equipment, to cut costs and times by +\- 50% and greater turn around time.
