I started at StoneRiver/RegEd in May of 2007 as a Registration and Licensing Services Specialist and was promoted to Product Support in December 2008. I set up a Microsoft SharePoint tracking site for our department to use and it has increased efficiency by lowering our turnaround time on resolving issues. It has also helped with organization by putting information from multiple locations into one central location.Responsibilities:Communicate with clients through email and on the phone to resolve the issues/questions they have about the company's software products. Work directly with our development team, acting as a liaison between development and the client, I alsocreate follow up reports to ensure a speedy resolution.
