Assistant to high school Associate Principals, completing various tasks related to attendance, data collection and presentation, field trip coordination, customer service, intake of students presenting behavioral difficulties, calendar management, safety tasks related to drills, support of students, staff and families. Daily use of Infinite Campus, oftentimes providing support to staff in the use of that program as well as other technology support as needed. Must continuously multitask and be prepared to handle any situation that may arise due to working in a high traffic area for emotionally heightened individuals.

Through the use of voice recognition software, provide high quality captions of telephone conversations in real time for both English and Spanish-speaking clients with hearing loss using a proprietary device. Must simultaneously listen, re-voice, type and scan for and correct errors in the outgoing text.

Taught English as a Second Language to UW Visiting Scholars (international graduate students and researchers) at the UW-Madison through the TESOL Certificate Program; two one-hour sessions per week over a 10 week period. Created and implemented lesson plans relating to various aspects of ESL.
