Accountability includes testing the simulation for bugs through the lens of laboratory practitioner.I was able to identify scenarios where the users may be able to contaminate the sample.I also shared some of my biotech knowledge to other QA members during our weekly sharing session

My responsibility is to analyse the overall quality of the products produced by the company before being released to our clients. To achieve this, we analyzed the cleanliness of the product through 3 established parameters:1. Mycoplasma detection using conventional PCR2. Endotoxin level measurement using horse-shoe crab and spectrophotometer (LAL method)3. Bacterial sterility test using nutrient agar mediumAdditional responsibilities also include conducting optimum probiotic analysis which was another service the company provided. This required me to:1. Isolate the patients' PBMC from whole blood2. Co-culture the PBMC with the probiotics we provided3. Analyze IL-8 and IL-2 levels using microfluidic chipsOccasionally, I also assisted the production team and gained familiarity with the human cell culture process under GTP environment

I had the opportunity working under Prof. Boy M. Bachtiar, and Prof. Endang Winiati Bachtiar conducting their research.Main responsibilities include:1. Extracting DNA and mRNA from various bacterial species and Candida albicans2. Measuring the isolated D/RNA using qPCR3. Assisted in isolating specific aptamer sequence for S. mutans4. Transforming fibroblast cells to iPSCsAlso assisted in training new lab technicians and new researchers in conducting various laboratory practices which also includes:1. Conducting ELISA assay for various proteins2. Conducting Western Blot assay for various proteins3. Isolating and measuring DNA extracted from human teeth for BMX genes
