• Responsible for a team of 35 finance professionals spread across two countries. • Accountable for the finance function for the second largest oil producer in the U.K. North Sea. My responsibilities included: reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting policy and research, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, treasury, and cost control for projects and operations.

• Responsible for a team of 65 professionals spread over three geographical locations.• Accountable for the finance and accounting function for two companies operating under separate production sharing agreements with total production of over 100,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. My responsibilities included: reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, accounts payable, tax, internal audit and Sarbanes- Oxley compliance.
