Utilizing Ecore International's world-class flooring products, I develop new opportunities and assist with specifying solutions to all verticals including Athletics & Recreation, Health & Wellness, Commercial & Boutique Fitness, Multi-Family Housing, Senior Living, Hospitality, and Residential.

Executive Consultant with Wellness.Work, a health and wellness engagement software designed to optimally engage company employees and health club members by easing the barriers to use and producing a healthier workforce with data to prove it. In addition to focusing on new client acquisition, I advised and implement initiatives ranging from content creation, growth strategy, account management, and marketing/ advertising.

Utilizing extensive experience and understanding of fitness, athletics, wellness, and recreation offerings in the higher education and community sectors, I sought opportunities for growth from customers, markets, and relationships. As one of the largest providers of fitness center management and wellness programs in the country, I worked to help HealthFitness add to their significant success of getting people moving and helping them manage their personal health. I created customized solutions to each organization so they may be personalized to the participant.

Responsible for the University of West Georgia's comprehensive recreation and wellness programs and event management services designed for the institution's 13,500 students and approximately 1,400 faculty and staff. Lead a staff of 12 professionals, 6 graduate assistants and approximately 200 student employees with an annual operating budget of more than $5 million to manage the 131,000 square foot Campus Center, 1,700+ annual university and community events, and 5 major program areas. Provide collaborative leadership for the overall strategic execution of institutional strategic imperatives and divisional priorities as a member of the Student Affairs and Enrollment management "First Team."​ Lead and serve on committees charged with enhancing student wellness, student performance factors, and institutional efficiency. Assisted in the direction for the overall operation of the Department of Campus Recreation, serving a student body of 5,500. Provided leadership and oversight of the Recreation & Fitness Centers, outdoor facilities, student development, assessment and learning outcomes, intramural sports, club sports, fitness programs, instructional programs, outdoor adventure program, business operations, and fiscal planning and marketing; Supervised professional portfolios of two professional staff, one full-time intern and indirectly managed department resources for 250 student staff members; Supervised and managed department budget of $2 million annually; served on campus committees charged with improving student/ faculty/ and staff well being and the campus environment.

Adviser to company owner/CEO on foundational design criteria for the intramural league registration and administration website. The site is now used by most university recreation programs.
