Operating as a technical account lead for several clients (including CompareTheMarket and Vodafone), I am accountable for the quality of our technical delivery and risk management. Liaising with clients to identify account requirements, I ensure suitable project team composition and look ahead for potential growth opportunities.Actively involved in recruitment drives for Front-End and Node.js roles, I have been tasked with driving the growth of our London-based development team (ongoing). Line manager to a team of 15 developers, providing direction in their professional development through goal setting (OKRs). Immediate point of contact for personnel issues and responsible for employee on-boarding and inductions.Involved in the rollout of new development practices throughout the delivery team; planning and running in-house training programmes for various sought-after skillsets including React, Node.js and Kentico.

I ensure the commercial success of our agile projects by working closely with clients to help define requirements and prioritise project deliverables. Providing high-level plans to solve clients problems, I also take a senior development role to support the development team as and when required, making sure good architecture and code quality is maintained.

Development of fully-responsive online marketing solutions, using cutting-edge web technologies. Involved in the design process through to implementation. Integration into multiple web platforms, including: Kentico, EPiServer, SharePoint, WordPress, Orchard, BigCommerce.

Lead front-end developer for the delivery of several marketing campaigns during a short-term contract period. Using test-driven development, in an agile environment, this included a full-site redevelopment across both CompareTheMarket.com and CompareTheMeerkat.com marketing sites to coincide with the Meerkat Movies campaign launch. Integration into EPiServer CMS.

Design and development of web solutions for local small-medium sized businesses, generally integrated with WordPress, alongside various successful social media campaigns (Facebook apps, etc). Also provided consultation on web strategies, SEO and technical training with several CMS platforms, including Joomla, Drupal and Magento.
