Teaching the BOLD Program capstone course: Research Project.

Directed all operational aspects for this extension center offering adult degree-completion programs. Prior to January, 2006 move-in, located property, negotiated lease, directed tenant improvements on a state-of-the-art 7500 s.f. education facility, purchased equipment, furnishings, etc.

Teaching biblical studies courses.

Developed the small, young pastoral staff, while also serving in an administrative role.

Helping non-profit organizations (faith-based charities, churches, schools, etc.) looking for help with leadership development, strategic development and fundraising.

Cultivated relationships with pastors of churches in CIFT's five target areas, communicating the various services available from the therapists at CIFT.

Organized and administered a staff of 25 full and part-time staff.

Chaired the department; designed, wrote and taught several courses in Christian social ministries and biblical studies.

Designed and developed facilities and curriculum; recruited students and interns into the hands-on training program.
