As Chairperson & CEO of International Markets at Trident Global, Inc., I have responsibility for our international home-textiles offices, which focus on sustainable, customer-centric solutions to accelerate Trident’s growth outside of India. My career has been guided by a genuine passion for learning, for tackling new challenges. I’m lucky to have lived and/or worked across five continents, spanning the professional gamut from strategy to commercial excellence, operations to corporate finance. Each experience has contributed not only to my skill set, but also to my perspective. Regardless of role, the common thread through my career is simple: It’s the people! I prioritize building meaningful connections in tandem with implementing pragmatic solutions. My cross-cultural experiences have allowed me to facilitate more inclusive partnerships on a global scale. But I also take pride in supporting people in my own community, volunteering with local schools, as well as Charlotte Family Housing, which works to empower local families facing homelessness.I’m absolutely delighted that my role with Trident allows me to bring together so many facets of what’s important to me, both personally and professionally. I’m continuing on my learning journey, joining a new industry while drawing on time-tested professional experience.
