I also support enterprise strategy in response to systemic drivers of health (e.g., food systems, transit systems) and serve as a subject matter expert on delivery system reform, health policy, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, and facilitation.𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: I support the Human Capital Practice Chief Strategy Officer's team in accelerating organic growth through a revenue optimization strategy and organizational excellence for account leaders. We integrate, incubate, and scale capabilities across our account leaders; support data-driven account planning, and provide sales enablement training on market disruption and trends.𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬: I support new business incubation and market shaping activities, specifically in sustainability and food/agriculture. My team conducts market sensing and sizing for emerging opportunities, then develops and executes go to market strategies. The Deloitte Greenhouse Innovation Lab is an advanced, immersive environment designed to accelerate client breakthroughs in innovation, insight, leadership, strategy, transformation and transition. We use behavioral science, design thinking, human-centered design, adult learning theory, organizational behavior, analytics, and technology to create and facilitate workshop experiences designed to help our clients solve their toughest business challenges. Since 2008, the Wake Forest Fellows program has provided exceptional Wake Forest college graduates with the opportunity to work full-time in senior higher education administration for a year. Reporting directly to the Provost and Vice Provost, I supported strategic initiatives and special projects related to academic planning, financial and budget planning, global affairs, university governance, research, university advancement, and diversity and inclusion.
