Regional Vice President - Field Operations
Current• Lead Great Lakes Region Field Operations teams, including internal sales, implementation and account management.• Drive sales, profitability and retention through both new and existing business.• Collaborate with local Sales Leadership to communicate and promote the Principal brand, both internally and externally.• Develop and implement 3 to 5 year strategic plans with actionable tactics to help region grow in new sales, retention, and profitability.• Understand, support, and communicate the enterprise and business unit strategic plans and business changes• Deploy regionalized processes focused on enhancing internal and external customer experience.• Led national existing customer modernization initiative, allowing for more streamlined and differentiating experience for our relationships.• 2023 Workplace Benefits RVP of the Year
