As the Retail Engagement Officer, I implement employee engagement strategic initiatives for the bank's retail location. I promote overall employee satisfaction and engagement with an ultimate goal to improve workplace culture and reduce turn over. I am an influencer, a catalyst of change and provide encouragement to others to grow, develop and embrace the new and the challenges. I partner with the Training Officer to develop and implement individual development plans. I create a strong foundation of knowledge and build excitement within staff for new initiatives and goals.

As the Digital Banking Manager, I am responsible for the development, enhancement and implementation of the bank's online and mobile banking systems and services. I managed and developed the project through conceptual, research, testing and training stages to support strategic goals and objectives. I coordinate the development, production and implementation of the new online banking platform. In doing so, I am responsible for reviewing and updating electronic banking disclosures to ensure compliance to state and federal regulations. I maintained and validated personal customer information before, during and after the transition into the new system. I continue to suggest and implement new processes/procedures to enhance the digital experience.

As a Retail Operation Coordinator, I am responsible for assisting in the development of branch employees to assume future opportunities. While ensuring all Branch procedures are up to date, I consistently document, train, and practice across all locations. I am responsible for further developing the branch sales culture and assisting the employees to grow Bank’s deposit and loan portfolios. I also assist in the design and development of solicitation programs to attract new customers. I also liaison with Deposit, Compliance and Loan Operations as it relates to Branch Operations.

As a dedicated, action-oriented and customer service-oriented branch manager, I lead, grow and promote the bank’s brand, banking products, services and team members. Providing seamless customer service and employee support as well as community outreach, I develop customer relationships by recommending services and products based on their needs. I also support employee development through consistent training and feedback, and ongoing support.

As Associate Manager, my responsibilities included creating and training a dynamic, outgoing and knowledgeable sales team to provide enthusiastic, fun customer service and store atmosphere. While managing and maintaining a positive morale, I would lead myself and team to achieve personal and store sales goals by applying proper sales protocol of determining the needs, wants and style of the customer and making appropriate recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and experience.
