TJ Sullivan, the Founder and President of Ethos, started the ethics consulting firm in 2003 with over three decades of management and leadership experience in the development and administration of federal ethics and human resources policy and programs at the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of the Interior. In her career at the Department of the Interior, she initiated a successful Ethics Program that became the model for many other agencies.
