• Lift and shift migration specialist. I was brought in for migration efforts from on-prem to AWS and Azure cloud. I designed readiness checklists and redesign build pipelines and release procedures.• Solutions Architect. A large part of my role is determining when to rebuild as-is vs refactor using cloud native services (from server to serverless) This largely consisted of Lambda, SNS, AWS RDB solutions.Majority of MS Services got migrated to Azure SQL, Cosmo• Monitoring and Instrumentation. During my first 3 months I took lead and implemented logging and transaction instrumentation using a combination of native (CloudWatch) and Kibana/Elasticsearch• Provided monthly security and vulnerability reviews (leveraging OWASP, NIST) and code solutions like Veracode• Provided training and advisory to Developers and Product Owners as we designed our CI/CD processes and built out env agnostic deployment pipelines

- I lead the effort to refactor the inventory management system build and deploy process. My team and I reduced the process from 7 hours (weekly) to just over 80 minutes and distributed to over 120 locations- My Day to day work included Chef, Terraform and Python scripting- Leveraged Packer for managing Core OS and Application gold images
