Directs contracted team of four members; manages $6M budget.• Spearheaded the planning and execution of three, two-day JAMRS Joint Service Marketing Seminars to share insights on strategy and execution, catalyzing collaboration and fostering discussions on lessons learned. Seminar also delivered critical training to recruiting command components by ensuring staff gained critical knowledge and were up-to-date on the latest marketing best practices, resulting in more effective and efficient military recruiting marketing across the Services.Acting Interactive Marketing Officer (GS-14 level)• Lead program's digital marketing efforts; orchestrated contract deliverables valued at $12M; superbly maintained 4 websites including content audits confirming Service facts, updating college data/broken links, reporting performance analytics; conducting new enhancements; provided Services w/dashboards detailing performance of their content on program sites. Executed DoD's Adult Influencer Campaign; produced 2.3M site visits (up 57% from prior campaign), 210M digital media views, 51,500 link-offs to Services’ recruiting sites.
