Service Support Specialist
Current- Keep track of inventory and ensure systems are up to date in an environment requiring high levels of accuracy and timely follow-up for my internal customers.
- Act as the interface between my group and other departments to coordinate on process improvement. My efforts have resulted in improved inter/intra department handoffs and reduced cycle time for order fulfillment
- Handle expedited management requests with short fulfillment timeframes.
- Contribute to the documentation and standardization of processes and systems and assist onboarding and training of new hires.
