Take the lead role in selling products / services and solicit for new accounts, yet maintaining and servicing the existing accounts to ensure sales growth of the company. Responsibilities for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution. Meet/exceed minimum quarterly and annual sales objectives. Work closely with the operational and manufacturing, utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met. Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the sales process. Engage, equip, and lead all sales channels (including distribution partners) with appropriate training, tools, and strategy development for company products/services. Participate international trade shows in France, Taiwan, Argentina, Dubai, etc in promoting company products, design and planning entire booth layout for effective product/equipment testing and product display. In-charge in designing product brochures, company profile and product video presentation for effective POS marketing tool. Developing company website for effective marketing communication. Attend customer complains with solution given on timely basis.

Proposing and presentation for new business, also responsible for identifying and sourcing new products for potential market. Correspondence with all domestic and oversea customers on sales solicitation and recommendation. Proposal for promotions, sales built-up, review design and packaging for new and current products, and POS materials. Plan and implement yearly trade/exhibition show in overseas and locally, design display booth and testing jig/equipment for product demonstration. Design and prepare product catalogs and company profile brochures to assist in POS strategy. Sourcing for new products locally and overseas to increase company product ranges and value-adding image for home products. Design and in-charge of company website and ensure products are advertised virtually in Internet and easy-to-reach. Extensive travel overseas and for company assignment, customer visits, product proposal and trade show events. Conducting SWOT analysis based on marketing research and survey on customer feedback, market trends and competitors analysis to ensure company objective is met. Assist to manage stock-in-trade to ensure adequate stocks for daily business and also prevent over-stock. As a departmental head, ensure company objective and achievement meet ISO and TS16949 Standards, staff monitoring, resolve staffs' conflict and concern (if any) to ensure smooth run of the department. Involve in Supply Chain Management in coordinating material purchase, production scheduling and logistic/transport arrangement.
