I was appointed to assess a certain number of proposals submitted under the ENI CBC MED Programme within the First step of the evaluation process (“strategic evaluation”). The evaluated 15 innovation projects demonstrated cross-border concepts and collaboration forms, strong symbiosis of regional ecosystems in terms of product/service and non-technical innovation. The next action will be the Step2 evaluation of the operational and financial capacity of the best ranked project proposals around September 2018 .. With COMARG we finished two common projects, one was the CPM project , supported by the Swiss Federation as a part of the Swiss Contribution Fund, the second is just finished on 30th of November, entitled: PEARL, under the AAL program, co-finances by AAL- CMU Brussels and AAL National Program Office at SERI, in Bern.

The main objective is to undertaking a study for the European Commission’s DG Research and Innovation on Fostering Industrial Talents through the Intersectoral Mobility of Researchers. The objective is to conduct a feasibility study into whether there is a place for additional EU-level initiatives in order to increase the level of intersectoral mobility in Europe” under the ‘Framework contract to carry out studies supporting European cooperation in education and youth’. Mrs Kallai was selected as in-house consultant of the sub-contractor of PPMI/Poland. The consultancy service to be performed included the following NE 4 tasks: 1.Literature overview sheet, Contact database, 2. Remote Evaluation

INCOMERA, established as an ERA-NET project supported by the European Commission, is an initiative of governmental R&D&I funding bodies in Germany, Greece, Iceland, Tuscany, Veneto and Piemont (Italy), Flanders and Wallonia (Belgium), Alsace and Nord-Pas-de-Calais (France), Hungary, Israel, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Andalusia, Galicia and Valencia (Spain) and Turkey. The objective of INCOMERA is to bridge the gap between proof of concept validated in a laboratory, and industrialisation and commercialisation. Projects funded with INCOMERA should take up results at laboratory level and bring them to the level of a pilot-line and/or to a functional demonstrator validated by end-users. More specifically INCOMERA funds projects with at least one of the following action lines: Product innovation,Innovation process,Understanding the Innovation. History: February 20, 2017: LABCITIES announced the final selection of 7 subject-matter experts that entered the team.March – September 2017: The LABCITIES team worked hard by almost bi-weekly skype conf calls on the best solution to the challenge.September 30, 2017: The final submission deadline for the challenge..Finally by 5 team members (i was the only "female" attendant with 4 "male" colleagues)October 2017 – March 2018: All eligible and complete entries will be assessed by an Expert Academic Panel, a group of leading academics, working in relevant fields, all appointed by the Foundation.April 2018: A long list of selected entries will be presented to the Prize Competition Jury, who will review these entries and produce a short list. Shortlisted candidates will be notified at the beginning of October and invited to a final judging day in Stockholm. Shortlisted participants will be asked to present their award entry on the judging day. The final results of the competition are expected to be announced in April 2018.

The course objective is to train Tunisian researchers ,academicians and managers of SMEs and large companies to improve their skills to be able to develop appropriate research projects at international level under H2020. The training sessions of 2 days are not only gives introduction about the whole H2020 structure/tools/services/calls and practical links but everyone will be able to create their "One-page-proposal" by the end of the second day.

The mission of PROLOG GmbH. is to provide customer-driven scientific and technical support for the conception, development, implementation and monitoring of research and development + innovation in the ICT and renewable/green Energy projects, strongly related to the Swiss and EU policies. City of Szentgotthard won the European Energy City award in May 2013. The western Hungarian town of Szentgotthard has won the European Energy City title and award, by the Zurich-based international Forum European Energy Award as a first Hungarian Municipality with the label for 4 years by his 55% result of 79 measures from EEA criteria and requirements. Mrs Kallai wrote the project proposal, and it was fully supported by SECO from Switzerland. The project has been developed through the collaboration of City of Lucerne, namely by personal advices of Mrs Ursula Stammer-Horst, the vice-president of the City of Lucerne in that time.
