My name is Tomas and I'm passionate about IoT. In the past few years I've been earning experience by working in different technical aspects of IoT:- I spent most of 2021 working for an Israeli startup, where I developed (in C) FW for a gateway based on a Quectel BG96 module, I worked with network protocols such as TCP/IP and MQTT, and I used Azure IoT hub in a daily basis.- For my graduation thesis (2020), I researched, adapted (in C++), improved and tested a mesh network to track animals in a National Park using LoRa with an STM32 microcontroller.- During 2020 I worked for a big argentinian software factory company, where I learned Agile methodologies, and used tools such as GitHub, Jira and Azure DevOps in a daily basis. I also worked a lot with AWS and got 2 certificates: AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect Associate.- I've also started my own Smart Home Building company, in which I worked between 2019 and 2021, before coming to Israel. By working in my own entrepreneurship I learned about sales and how to communicate with customers and suppliers.I'm eager to bring all this knowledge together and work in projects to use IoT to make a positive impact on society.
