Management – Responsible for hiring and managing team members, annual performance reviews, and technical guidance. Created a strong culture for collaboration and coming up with out of the box ideas. Interact with management and traders on a frequent basis to understand their IT needs and showcase how IT can be their strategic partner.Technical – Responsible for all design and architectural decisions related to all systems including front office and back office. Also do quite a bit of hands on development.a) Support distressed desk for portfolio holdings, quantitative research, and risk management including rho and credit hedging and stress testing.b) Produce regulatory filings for SECc) Technical lead for development of the risk system for a portfolio that includes credit products such as CDS, bank debt, convertible and corporate bonds and equities, options and futures. d) Team lead for development of an application to automate all settlement activities of bank debt.e) Team lead for development of VSTO based solution to perform portfolio valuation that encompasses many credit products.

Worked on development of systems and tools to automate most back office functions in the hedge fund.Operations--Developed systems and tools that encompass the entire life cycle of a trade a) Capturing it form the traders b) Allocating it in the order management system. c) Sending the trade allocation details to the fund administrator and prime brokers. d) T+1 trade and position reconciliation.These systems and tools were integrated with Bloomberg. Accounting--Developed an application to assign fees, fund expenses, gains and losses and compute the NAV for all investments. This data produced by this system was used to produce monthly investor statements.
