Initially worked as the senior Cybershift 3G analyst and senior Java developer. Responsibilities included mentoring entry level Java developers, designing applications and helping set development standards.In 2008 cross trained to maintain the Novell Identity Manger system our client deployed in Febuary of 2009.Went on to build, and lead, a small team responsible for all Novell Identity Manager workflow and driver creationallowing our client to manage user identities at the enterprise level instead of per application.One of our major accomplishments was streamlining the hiring process while also making terminations moresecure.Our account is now helping the client build a tier three data center and migrate all of their servers into it. Myresponsibilities started with finding out how many of our AIX machines were out of compliance. After discovery itwas found that we had almost 100 AIX 5.3 machines. Lead a small team to figure out which servers could beupgraded and, working with the business, we upgraded almost 90 machines to AIX 6.1 in less then 90 days.Next, was tasked to create, and help lead, migration teams. Teams were created to match business silos. Each teamconsisted of a number of application administrators, one of whom was designated as team lead. The leads wouldthen report to me, I reported to the senior architect and project manager.Also helped create much of the process and reporting needed for the project.· Maintained the Cybershift 3G system for 4 years through major operating system, application server and application upgrades· Created a small team to maintain, and develope for, Novell Identity Manager· Was instrumental in the planning, and implementation, of the process for moving the client into their new data center. During this process we virtualized, upgraded and migrated hundreds of servers while minimizing downtime for the client and allowing them to maintain 24 hour operations.

Was asked to join the team to help get the local satellite office started. During the first year we built a new team and implemented new standards for developing java projects, while meeting all of our deliverable dates.· Helped create a set of Java development standards· Initially involved in creating a Web Services standard· Learned both classic ASP and VB.net to help maintain legacy software for Bell South.

Initially hired as an intern, hired full time after finishing school. Involved in all major development since initial hire. Went on to help design user interface components for much of the current system, as well as becoming involved in the design and development of Verisign's software suite.· Helped design, and develop, a system for managing user, roles and permissions for the Speed Suite product· Created a cascading validation system in Javascript. This system would validate all of the fields on a page and report to the user in one dialog box. This would removed the frustration many users had where they would correct one error only to find another one when they pressed submit· Was also selected to attend ICAPP (Intellectual Capital Partnership Program) in 2003

As an associate in Electronics, helped reorganize the media so the older stock could belocated and sold. From there was moved to support management to help correct a store-wide problem withinventory management.· Helped increase year-over-year sales in Electronics by more then 25%· Helped design, and implement, a inventory management system that was later duplicated nationwide.
