bioLOGIC is a life science accelerating focused on assisting early stage BioHealth companies commercialize innovative solution.Our goals include:- Delivering programming and tools to assist client companies. - Creating a pipeline of investment opportunities for global investment partners. - Developing and managing partnerships to spur innovation and entrepreneurship.Currently we:• Manage a portfolio of over 20 BioHealth companies in identifying funding, resources, and partnerships • Have recruited numerous biotech companies, service providers, and partners to the bio cluster incubator space.• Formed and oversee a non-profit entity formed in partnership with the City of Covington to manage entrepreneurship and innovation development program with an initial focus on creating a BioHealth cluster in the urban core.• Have acquired over $400,000 in grant funding to support efforts to establish a life science innovation corridor in Covington.

Facilitated online and classroom courses in Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurial Businesses, Accounting for Entrepreneurs, New Venture Creation, New Venture Management, Managerial Economics and Organizational Architecture (graduate level), and Macroeconomics.

Assisted local economic development agencies with recruitment and retention. Managed a program that supports and encourages the development and recruitment of business and industry in the rural northern Kentucky region. Trained and counseled entrepreneurs on how to start and operate a profitable business. Presented ICC and NKU programs throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Rallied support for the Innovation Center Program from the community and government.

The NKY ezone is a division of the Northern Kentucky Tri-County Economic Development Corporation and operates as the Innovation and Commercialization Center for Northern Kentucky creating and recruiting knowledge-based companies and jobs, assisting with funding through grants and investments, and connecting entrepreneurs throughout the region.

Supervising banking center operations and consumer services. Analyzed loan applications and financial statements. Trained new hires in procedures and systems. Administered performance appraisals, corrective councils, and dismissals.

Generated sales through client relationship building activities. Provided customer assistance in product identification, sourcing, and support. Acted as Team Leader for 18 sales associates. Oversaw Six Sigma projects and presented results to upper management.
