Responsible for building the US business from the ground up with a remit of responsibility that included:• Nurturing and developing an independent portfolio of high caliber US clients that included winning work with SAP, JLL, Facebook, Moody’s, Avanade and many others• Building deep, trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their business and working with them to solve complex, strategic challenges, then overseeing the execution of the solution• Working with the executive leadership team to build the US company from a fledgling into a fully formed, sustainable and profitable arm of the business • Recruiting, retaining and developing the best talent to continue evolving and improving our delivery capabilities for our clients• Leadership of 25 staff as well as direct line management of each head of department (Creative, Strategy, Account Management and Operations)• Responsibility for complete US P&L and ensuring profitability and growth targets are met• Strong diplomatic skills to be able to manage tensions both inside and outside the business and negotiate where necessary to alleviate issues that would arise

Overall responsibility for managing a team of Project Managers delivering work on the biggest account within the agency. Key responsibilities include: • Ensuring delivery of high-quality work across 100+ projects at any given time• Contributing to, embracing and refining processes and systems to allow cross-team collaboration• Developing strong relationships with key clients and internal teams• Maximizing income from projects through accurate scoping, estimating and resource management• Mentoring and developing a team of 10 and helping them develop into more senior members of the team, managing larger, more complex projects and leading client relationships

Moving to Omobono, in Cambridge into a hybrid account/project role working directly with clients and resource teams to deliver projects including websites, microsites, email, events, apps and video projects.

Delivered award winning digital projects for clients including Sky UK and ITV. Proud to have pitched, won and delivered an Augmented Reality project for the FA Cup in England in 2008!
