With over 20 years of experience in recruiting, managing, and leading talent acquisition for Big 4 and leading technology companies, I have returned to the Agency side. Previously I was a proactive executive search leader at IBM. I developed and delivered executive talent acquisition strategies with IBM executive leadership at partner and associate partner levels for critical skills needed to increase sales, revenue, and market eminence.I proactively developed relationships with potential candidates for current and anticipated demand, and conducted targeted referral campaigns to identify, attract, select, negotiate, and close best-in-class executives.
